All cabinetry to be sanded smooth and coated with water borne urethane to be used for “green”
finish.

All drawers to be dovetailed with concealed, full extension slides and soft closers. Closed cabinet
boxes with edge banding to match door face, unless otherwise specified. All cabinets to have full
backs and adjustable shelves, unless otherwise specified.

All cushions use renewable, soy-based foam made with 20% soybean oil, reducing the amount of
petroleum-based products and wrapped in 100% recycled fibers.

All textiles recommended are from manufacturers that support sustainable industry standards.

Textile standards are made from either organic and natural fibers, post industrial recycled
polyester, or other sustainable fibers, such as bamboo and hemp. All faux suede is PVC free. For
natural leather use, reconstituted leather is recommended.
